All products are handcrafted in the USA and may show slight variations in texture, color, or finish—this is a feature of genuine handmade leatherwork, not a flaw.

2. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Fitment issues due to incorrect wrist or sizing measurements provided by the customer
• Wear and tear from normal use
• Cosmetic preferences or natural leather inconsistencies

If your item arrives damaged or defective due to our craftsmanship (see Warranty Policy below), please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a repair or replacement evaluation.

3. Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Wrist Bound Leatherworks offers a limited 6-month craftsmanship warranty on the following categories:

• Watch Straps
• Wallets
• Leather Caddies
• Keychains
• Pet Collars
• Leather ID Badges
• This warranty covers:
• Stitching failures
• Hardware detachment (e.g., buckles, snaps) not due to misuse
• Structural integrity of leather components (not cosmetic wear)

This warranty does not cover:

• Water damage or exposure to excessive moisture
• Stretching, scratching, or cracking from improper use or storage
• Damage from contact with oils, chemicals, lotions, or pets
• General aging or patina formation (these are natural traits of leather)
• Damage caused by the customer modifying the item (e.g., punching holes, cutting leather, changing hardware)
• Color transfer, fading, or discoloration due to UV exposure or friction

If your item qualifies for a repair under warranty, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. You are responsible for return shipping.

Abandonment: If we reach out to complete a repair or confirm shipping and do not hear back from you within 14 days, you forfeit the item and/or any rights to warranty service.

4. Custom Work

Custom orders are final and cannot be changed, returned, or refunded once production has begun. We are not responsible for sizing issues due to incorrect wrist or neck measurements provided by the customer.

5. Product Variations

Each item is handcrafted using natural leather. No two pieces will be identical. Variations in grain, tone, marks, or scars are normal and celebrated as part of the leather's authenticity.

6. Fraud Prevention

All orders are screened for fraud. If any inconsistencies or suspicious activity are flagged, your order may be delayed or canceled. We may request identity verification to protect both parties. Fraudulent orders will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

7. Shipping Policy

All items are shipped from the United States.

Domestic shipping is via USPS unless otherwise arranged.

Tracking is provided on all orders.

International shipping may incur additional duties, taxes, or delays—these are the responsibility of the buyer.

Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Wrist Bound Leatherworks is not liable for loss or theft.

Optional shipping insurance is available upon request.
